Thank you for choosing to rent a property through Champion Property Management. We have been leasing homes in the central Oklahoma area for several years and have served many residents.

Yes! We do require a pet deposit and some breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.

Money order, cashier’s check, debit or credit card, checks, and cash.
Are roommates allowed?
Yes! Any potential roommates must apply and pass the same requirements as the primary tenant.
If I am evicted or leave owing rent, will I be turned over to a collection agency?
Yes and it will also go on your credit report as landlord debt.
